Preventive Maintenance Works
Preventive Maintenance works are performed at regular basis. Their aim is to ensure safety and the economical operation of the equipment, the systems and the installation in general.
Work is recorded in the Software, as provided from each Maintenance Contract, and is associated with the corresponding Equipment. The visits, the Technical Staff distribution and the Preventive Maintenance Work content are automated to the fullest extent possible and are reflected in the Work Orders.
For each Machine, the Engineering Database, photographic material and other useful equipment maintenance information are entered into the Software Database. All of this material is utilized by the Technical Staff before the regular maintenance visits and is enriched with the Technical Reports that follow the maintenance.
The Customer has the ability, through the web, to monitor the evolution of his Contract, having access to the respective Technical Reports.
Restoration Maintenance Works
Restoration Maintenance Works concern damage restoration. Depending on the type of the Contract, we provide immediate response to emergency calls, damage diagnosis and rehabilitation by a qualified technician.
We provide contracts with 24 hour, 7 days a week, 365 days a year coverage.
Emergency calls are recorded in the Software by our Company’s Call Center. Immediately the corresponding Work Order is created by the Engineer. All actions, from the Damage Report to the Technical Reconstruction Report, are recorded in the Software, ensuring the Quality of the Services Provided.
Maintenance Contracts Management
The correct, safe and economical operation of each Machine is the solid basis on which the Systems functions are built. Planning, consistency, technical competence and proper management of information are required.
Each System’s efficient operation depends on the individual settings. Systems Μaintenance Programs require the tuning of the equipment, in order to optimize their function and achieve the best technical and financial result.
The Machinery and Systems Maintenance Contracts’ Management is as follows:
