Since the beginning of 2017, AGtech has implemented a Modern, Innovative FACILITY MANAGEMENT Contract Monitoring System. This enables the effective and immediate response to the growing demands of our Customers and it also optimizes our Company’s Human Resources Management.

The Company Maintenance Contracts are registered and controlled through the new Software, by Customer and Installation.

Each Machine’s Mechanical Equipment facts (code, model, technical data), as well as information material (prospectus, IOM, photographs), are registered.
Annual, monthly and weekly schedule for each contract is formed, with reference to the checklist of the maintenance work planned.
Technical staff’s work is under schedule.

Work Orders include the required parts.
A «history» is created for each part of the equipment being maintained, with all the elements of preventive and repair maintenance per machine.
Statistics are provided for each Contract, Installation and Technician.

The new Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) collaborates with our Company’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). This results in better, more efficient Managing Services Provided.

INNOVATIONS

The capabilities of the new Software:

The Customer will monitor through the WEB his Contract by recording the damages and having access to the technical reports of the Maintenance visits.
The Company sends the orders directly to the technician, through any mobile device (tablet, mobile phone). It is informed in real time about all the Technical and Economic Data concerning the work development and completion (completion time, remarks, photographs etc.).
