Air Conditioning (Hydro-Cooling Chillers, Closed Circuit Cooling Towers, Primary and Distribution Centrifugal Pumps, Central Air Conditioning Units, Natural Gas Boilers), Natural Gas Network, Fire Extinguishing System, Mid-Low Voltage Substation with Moisture Oil, X-Ray Handbag Control System, Central UPS System, Call Center, Speaker Installation, Water Supply Network – Sewerage Network, Pump Systems.

Facilities Maintenance in the Special Management Department Building – Ministry of Education (Koniari Street 15)

Preventive and Reconstructive Maintenance of all the Electrical and Mechanical Installations. Air Conditioning (Air-Cooling Heat Pump, Domestic Air Conditioning Units, Central Air Conditioning Units, Central Control System – BMS, Fire Detection and Fire Extinguishing Systems, Mid-Low Voltage Substation with Dry Pressure MV, Networks and Pump Units. A 24-hour technical support is provided throughout the year.

Electromechanical Installations Maintenance in the University of Piraeus Building

Operation and maintenance of all the Electrical and Mechanical Installations in the Central Building of the University of Piraeus and six more annexes. This includes support for Air Conditioning, Low Voltage and Low Field Substations, Fire Detection Systems, Power Panels, BMS, Low Voltage Systems and all Hydraulic and Sewerage Networks. Preventive and Reconstructive Maintenance work is carried out in accordance with the approved Work Schedule. The technical support of the University’s facilities is covered exclusively by our Staff.

Air Conditioning Installations Maintenance in the Municipality of Papagos – Holargos

Preventive and Reconstructive Maintenance Services in all the Air Conditioning Systems of the Town Hall and the regional building facilities of the Municipality. Water Refrigeration and Air-Cooling Chillers, Centralized Air Conditioning Units, FCUs, Splitter Units, VRV and Multi Systems. The services provided include automation systems and distribution networks. The facilities are covered on a 24-hour basis by the qualified Technical Staff of our Company.
