Preventive and Reconstructive Maintenance of all the Electrical and Mechanical Installations. Air Conditioning (Air-Cooling Heat Pump, Domestic Air Conditioning Units, Central Air Conditioning Units, Central Control System – BMS, Fire Detection and Fire Extinguishing Systems, Mid-Low Voltage Substation with Dry Pressure MV, Networks and Pump Units. A 24-hour technical support is provided throughout the year.

Maintenance

Operation and maintenance of all the Electrical and Mechanical Installations in the Central Building of the University of Piraeus and six more annexes. This includes support for Air Conditioning, Low Voltage and Low Field Substations, Fire Detection Systems, Power Panels, BMS, Low Voltage Systems and all Hydraulic and Sewerage Networks. Preventive and Reconstructive Maintenance work is carried out in accordance with the approved Work Schedule. The technical support of the University’s facilities is covered exclusively by our Staff.

Maintenance

Preventive and Reconstructive Maintenance Services in all the Air Conditioning Systems of the Town Hall and the regional building facilities of the Municipality. Water Refrigeration and Air-Cooling Chillers, Centralized Air Conditioning Units, FCUs, Splitter Units, VRV and Multi Systems. The services provided include automation systems and distribution networks. The facilities are covered on a 24-hour basis by the qualified Technical Staff of our Company.

Maintenance

Maintenance of the Electrical and Mechanical Installations in the Hellenic Gaming Commission Building. Air Conditioning (VRV Systems, Heat Pump System and Central Air Conditioning Unit, Close Control Units for Building Computing Center), Fire Detection System, Fire Extinguishing Systems and Fire Brigade, CCTV, Low Voltage – Medium Voltage Substation, Generator, Water Supply System – Sewerage Systems, Pumping Systems and Lifts. It’s provided 24-hour technical coverage.
